Harnessing The Power of Truly Great Food

We started out searching for ways to improve our own health and wellness and during the course of our personal journey, we discovered the tremendous, transformative power of good, clean, food. For us, Cola Gourmet is more than a business – it’s our passion.

Like many people these days we were becoming increasingly concerned about the shift away from real, homemade food throughout the country. We could see the unbearably high price people were paying for over-processed, quick-serve meals and ready-to-eat products jam-packed with ingredients we couldn’t recognize or even pronounce.

At the same time, we also understood the unmistakable draw of meals and snacks that were already prepared. Hectic schedules, health challenges, and a lack of culinary skills and resources means that most people simply don’t have the time it takes to source local ingredients, prepare a tasty dish by hand using real ingredients, and truly enjoy it.

We came to understand that people wanted to fuel their bodies with chef-created, wholesome snacks and meals, but the opportunity to craft great food at home was quickly becoming a luxury for most people.

After spending many years fine-tuning his exceptional culinary skills through the Culinary Institute of America and the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu, our founder Chef Keith set about bringing his vision to life. For Chef Keith, Cola Gourmet is a combination of his love of ethically-sourced, sustainable ingredients and his understanding of the power of great food.

Chef Keith began his culinary career at a young age, learning to craft homemade meals made with genuine love under the watchful eye of his mother and grandmother. He learned that food could bring people together, nourishes the body and soul, and create lasting memories.
